It Protects the sensitive skin, a highly absorbent surgical grade rayon is suitable for use around wounds. This soft natural material creates a comfortable undercast surface for either synthetic or natural casting materials. It Can be used underneath compression bandages for uniform distribution of pressure & to protect the bony prominences from high compression generated by compression bandages.
