 The Romsons Excell Laryngeal Mask (LMA)  is used for routine and elective surgical procedures

 These Laryngeal masks are made up of poly vinyl chloride (PVC)

 The mask is an anatomically engineered mask provided with separate inflation line

 The disposable airway is provided with 15 mm standard connector

 The radio opaque line allows for X-ray visualization

 The Laryngeal mask has a pilot balloon for easy inflation and deflation of cuff

 These masks are supplied sterile individually packed in blister pack lid for convenience

 These are available in the sizes of 1.0 (Neonate), 1.5 (Infant), 2.0 (Paediatric {Small}), 2.5 (Paediatric {Large}), 3.0 (Adult {Small}), 4.0 (Adult {Medium}), 5.0 (Adult {Large})

 They come in a standard packing of 10 units per box

 How to insert a Laryngeal Mask Airway:

 First, Deflate The Cuff Properly

 Lubricate the Posterior LMA Surface

 Slight Flexion of the Head on the Neck Can Help

 How You Hold the LMA Matters

 Open The Mouth As Wide As You Can

 Insert As Far Back as Possible Until It Seats

 Be careful With the Tongue
